My question is so the “bump” at the headrest is pretty high is it considered appropriate? Looks very uncomfortable and irritated newborns neck

The slide deck for the meeting that resulted in this video had 50 slides about how to make the product seem simple and appealing and zero slides about conveying basic information to adjust this thing to make it safe for a child.

- she shoves the head rest down compressing that poor doll’s spine, then after the cut it’s in a completely different position
