The correct answer is Rt LMN type of facial palsy most likely due to trauma so will require Surgery or Steroids. Bell’s palsy is the term used only for idiopathic cases.

Lagopthlamos, bells phenomenon with loss of nasolabial fold on the right side with angle of deviation of mouth to the left - R Bell’s palsy
Rx : prednisolone 1 mg / kg to be started
CT Temporal Bone to look out for fractures

Traumatic facial n palsy. I have a doubt that shouldn't we rule out entrapment of facial nerve ?? If facial nerve is entrapped then treatment should be decompression or release, otherwise oral prednisone.
