Given how much backlash the Forces model gets, I really hope they adjust it and make it more similar to this

this model is very reminiscent of the sa1 model. dark blue, long quills, big and thick eyebrows, rounded shoes. i really hope they return to a model similar to this in the future

This looks much better. Gives him more personality and the added fur texture really bring out this new model. If only Sega would use it. Now if we can move that middle quill back down to normal, we have perfection

This looks like a mixture of 3 designs. 06 for the longer quills, Adventure rounded shoes and darker blue color, Modern proportions

I love the longer quills but man does it look off during the running and boost animation, it’s obvious they made those animations in mind of the shorter quills

The only negative thing I got from this morel is the placement of that center quill.

I love the design, its a nice mix of an adventure look with the longer quills and rounded shoes and a modern look with the darker blue color and animation and stuff of today

I vastly prefer the shorter quills, as it gives him a more agile and mobile appearance, like in the OVA and CD opening/ending. It's a design that also lends itself into creating more expression for Sonic's body, highlighting his torso and limbs more, instead of making him look like a _"running head"_ with no torso.

In terms of proportions, making the quills slightly thinner, and having them possess a more downward facing angle while increasing his torso and limb size (in thickness mostly) makes for one of the most elegant variations of this character's design thus far

3:20 Think he looks good here, but at any other time it looks like his head is too big. Maybe it's the size of the body, but otherwise nice job on whoever did the model.

The model itself looks good. I think some of the animations need to be tweaked a little to make it look good in motion though

I also love the long and thick Quills of sonic looks he is a very powerful character so the long quills make him look amazing and powerful! much like ss3 I sonics long quills hands down the best look of Adventures and unleashed Nostalgic!!

This model is actual perfection imo
The middle quill placement making so we keep that classic silhouette when facing Sonic's side is 👌🏽

As great as this model is, I've gotten used to the Forces/Frontiers model so much, that the long quills seem odd here. I think it fits better in other games, such as unleashed or generations, where it truly compliments it, but that's just me.
