I bought a VW Transporter T6 Kombi Highline van 140bhp diesel SWB with tailgate.

I have lots more to do though, I have a new electrical system, using Victron components and a Lithium LIFEPO4 battery, so I obviously need to install some power devices. I have a new sound system, with Focal speakers and ibus 2.1 amp, Playstation PS4, which will be removable, TV's on headrests.

Lots for me to look forward too and it would be nice to take you on the journey.

Vanlife is amazing, get out and explore, it's a great adventure.

I have a rear kitchen T6 conversion like the Bodens you showed. I do enjoy the seperation of kitchen from seats/bed and having a toilet too. Have the 3 seats across the front but would prefer a second captain seat. Hope you get to try one out. Mine done by coast2coast.

I just paid £40K for a brand new fully specced Kombi.

these 75K prices are just crazy for a roof, hob, & R & R bed

Genuine question, Do you only review ncc approved conversions? as a few companies actually have better looking vans that you’ve never even looked at or given a chance, all vans in the show must be built to a certain standard or they wouldn’t be allowed in there

Diesel hot water systems in camper van, don't see them much as there expense. The company I work for fit them in there vw 6.1 conversion when requested

Twin sliding doors, swing out kitchen and sliding rear seat was the one for me. Can't remember who made it.

Went today. The van werx vans were very nice. But for the price.. spec and looks of the Eriba crafter, I think that took the win for me today.

Great video.. it’s a shame that campervans and motorhomes are priced to gouge out boomers retirement funds.. honestly, why spend £70k on a campervan… what a monumental waste of money…

My mate has 50 on order hes still waiting for half of them to be delivered his thinking is they will go the same way as land rovers did

Overpriced, obsolete products.
They will go the same way as British motorcycle industry. Killed by high Insurance premium (32% tax)
and same old designs rehashed
I used three VW's but ended up with Merc van with a camp bed and my camping equipment and a porta loo. Using leisure centres for ablutions and exercise when travelling.
