I can't believe this channel isn't more popular. Definitely a keeper!

There are hundreds of natural history channels on youtube that could do a video on ancient amphibians and other creatures, but this channel has arguably the best videos for each topic.

That expression on the one getting eaten, though.

Makes me feel bad for the early amphibians getting owned so hard by reptiles no matter where they went. It would be so cool to have big ocean salamanders or bigger terrestrial ones. I love the newts and axolotls and stuff we have now but it's sad that they had so much going for them at the start and now they're pretty much stuck in mud puddles.

I grew up by Lake Biwa (琵琶湖) in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. There was a museum, which specialised in the fresh-water fish and their surroundings, near my house, and I used to go there many times. One of my favorites to see was O-Sansyo-Uo (大山椒魚/大サンショウウオ meaning Great Peppercorn Fish/Japanese Salamander). I loved to watch him though he didn't move around much. The museum was taken down to relocate on the other side of the lake later. I do not know how old the fish was, and I wonder whether he still lives on or not.

Yo, MOTH, I have watched a dozen providers, covering the same epochs and topics. You are excellent. Your accent is easily understood, and your Latin is impeccable. I've seen no factual errors, either. Thank you. You're at the top of my recommends for younger students (up through high school).

As a giant amphibian, I want to thank you for this video. My identity group gets so little attention and most of it is negative.

You do a bang-up job with your articulate narrations in your videos!

You & those like you & your channel, help fill the niche the History Channel left completely null, when they abandoned actually history based content.

BIG UPS FOR MR MOTH LIGHT!!!

Love this channel.

Couldn't hear you as well as I'd have liked over the music in this one.

But still, best information and excellent editing
