81 quadrillion electrons. Amazing, indeed. Loved this video, a very nice refresher on physics and currents. It's been too long. I like your style!!

I = P/ΔV is just an algebraic rearrangement of one of the equations in the video for electric power. P = IΔV or Electric Power = Current x Electric Potential Difference. Thanks for the kudos.

"negative charge flowing in a negative direction" excellent description. still, though, why say that positive charges generally do not flow. there are positive charges flowing in every battery, to name one very general example.

Sir.. I am a kerala +2 student... Your vedios were extremely helpful in my +1 physics exam which resulted in 78 mark out of 80 in my public examination.. Sir it is found difficult to find your vedios that cover +2 topics like electro magnetism and optics.. Sir it will be really helpful for me if you provide the play list of the vedios that covers the above topics... Could you send me the link plss

Hey @FlippingPhysics, Quick question: Regarding the example, how do we know if we are dealing with a conventional current regarding charge? (Mentioned at the end, it was mentioned that the charge was positive - which I believe is the sign before the answer - because it was a conventional current) PS. I also just wanted to say I really appreciate your videos - they have really helped me understand concepts in my physics class, so I wanted to say thanks and I owe my A grade in the class to you.

haha i love this!! :) what about the equation: I = P/V

What does it mean when we say that negative charge carriers such as electrons would have a conventional current in the direction opposite their physical motion ?
Thanks.
