Kitchen Hack: How To Cut Up Cauliflower

This is how you can easily cut up cauliflower without the mess and the waste.

1. Half your cauliflower by cutting through the bottom, and lie each side flat on your cutting board.

2. Quarter those pieces by cutting through the stem/leaves again. You’ll be able to easily break the flower away after that.

3. If the pieces are still too big, you’ll cut through the stem of the floret, and break apart the flower area.

You’ll lose a lot less of those delicious flower bits doing it this way. Wash and dry well, and you’re good to go.

I've been cutting like 4 cases of cauli at a time recently, only thing I do different is cut the big stem off the bottom after i quarter them. It's probably like 50 whole one's so setting my knife down and picking it up 200 times isnt ideal 😂 awesome vid though that's some good advice! 🤙

The hard part is not mentioned and im not suprised. The "skin" can be removed (more work than just normal slicing) for a softer vegetable.
