Butter has reduced my chest pain (heart-related?) by about 75%. Back pain has been reduced by 95%. I think I've been taking it for over 4 years now. I am so grateful. I don't need any meds or toxic stuff! I try not to eat for more than 24 hours sometimes and also try the keto diet from time to time.

i feast on butter each day nd my hunger pangs gone. I don't feel bloated now. I feel more focused and energized following a carnivore diet with high fat and less on proteins I just allow myself to a sweetener and proteins from 12 pm to 5 pm and the rest of the hours would be just water or butter or fats or black coffee. I hope I could stick to this diet for good. 3 months ago, I started keto witj IF an lost all the weight I gained during my internship. Now I can fit into my tiny clothes again and my confidence came back. I got really inspired in losing wait that I got stricter with my diet and started doing a high fat and very low carb diet to keep my insulin down.

Butter being good for us is such an amazing thing to hear.

Coming from New Zealand I find terms like "grass fed" butter hilarious. The only time cows here wouldn't get grass in NZ is in a drought, then they'd get fed hay. To us it's just butter 🧈😋

I switched to butter a few years ago, after reading about partial hydrogenation, trans fats and alpha linolenic acid and arachidonic acid.

Whenever I’m cooking and it seems to be “missing something” it’s butter! 😉

Goat butter is my go to because I'm severely allergic to cow dairy.
It's twice as expensive yet 💯 % worth the cost!!
Well-wishes ❤

Actually most are sensitive to the A1 protein in milk and cheese. I know I am. Yet, butter is OK for me. It has very little protein molecules in it. I’ve found a lovely French butter here in Portugal.

I am 60 and eat massive amounts of butter. But, I am very active, including aerobic.

I have been told that butter is the most perfect food you can eat, as long as you burn it off. I think this is the case for all dairy products. I say, go ahead and love dairy, as long as you are burning it off. As soon as you stop burning it off, it turns on you. Seems obvious.

I have stopped drinking milk (accept in very small amounts) because I can drink a whole gallon in one sitting. I like it so much that I had to quit. I also eat a fair amount of cheese. But, I try to do research on the healthiest. (Mozerella, hard cheeses, blue cheese, no bries, etc…)

Also, I never worry about the details (A1, A2, Goat, Irish, etc…) I just buy what’s the cheapest. (I do try to ear kosher.) I consider myself to be pretty healthier. I am able to run up steep hills, and surf in the Pacific 2 or 3 days a week for up to 2 or 3 hrs, with lots of paddling.

You can probably put just about anything into your body, as long as you burn it off. My my exercise tapers off, I become much more conscious of the intake. You could live on an IV of the right stop, and lay in bed all day, and still have pretty good blood, if that’s the lifestyle you want. I love the great outdoor!

Great video! I have one that says the same! Thanks again for keeping science central here in a world that is so unscientific!
