Na wrapping tabs take up way too much space. I just cmd + p search and jump.

Boom. You now have 30% less space for code editing in the editor

Nice. I just use 'ctrl + tab' and scroll through that list. I don't pay attention much to the tabs.

I just use "ctrl+p" and then write a few characters of the tab I'm looking for, and it works way better than this!

We can just press <leader>ff to open/switch to your tabs, so simple.

Any keyboard shortcuts to jump from one tab to another?

this a war crime, just disable tabs and open files directly

😂.. we rather enable "opened files" in the explorer, that gives us vertical list of opened tabs.

Or you can use the lateral tab as a normal person

pin tab yes but wrapped tabs no... also Ctrl+W can switch between tabs, I think

In eclipse IDE we had a shortcut (ctrl+E) to search tabs by name, in a popup that appeared.. is there any equivalent here ?

Only if you have a big monitor.
Not for macbook 13"

You want pinned tabs in one row and long scrolling list in the second. What you have is not friendly since it takes away from the workspace.

Make it default please I hate the scroll

so completely wrong. it is absolutely not a better way. That's just more screen space being taken. I don't want multiple rows of tabs taking up my screen space. a better idea is that if you have the mini map turned on that possibly all the tabs are listed underneath it so that you can click on it but there's got to be a better way than that where it's taking up all your screen real estate.
