In keeping with this year's World Cities Day theme of 'Adapting Cities for Climate Resilience', we're sharing findings and strategies from the Penang Nature-Based Climate Adaptation Programme, a pilot project in collaboration with Penang City Council, the Department of Irrigation and Drainage and UN-Habitat. The first of Malaysia's climate adaptation programmes, the project has been endorsed by the World Bank Adaptation Fund.
