In the stone carvings of the Bayon and Angkor Wat, the military is shown with bows and arrows, body armor and helmets. In the Sanskrit inscriptions, it says the Khmer Empire had an army and navy and list the different types of generals and ranks.

Thanks you for this video about my country. Also fun fact: Angkor was the Khmer version of Rome the eternal city. Angkor footprint are as large as NY city today.

Good to see you are trying new styles and things because i'd imagine that the old 3 min history formula was somewhat limiting. The video does end somewhat abruptly and the structuring could use some tweaking but overall good job. Since you're giving context to these ancient sources i would've hoped that you would compare these descriptions with contemporary research or at least provide a heads-up for certain baised opinions or political motivations the creator behind this work might have had. This would set your vids apart from other history content creators.

How much of this is accurate? The Chinese guy seems way to interested in describing the local's strange sexual customs. Could he have added detail to spice things up or appeal to the Chinese audience's sense of superiority?
