I’ve played Annie support for around 5 years and she only comes online at lvl 6 so kill lanes can mess her up. Also ADC will tilt and throw if they make a mistake and get popped, so play premade if possible.

I dunno, Mandate just fees like a bad version of a mage support. If your goal is damage just go mid, or pick damage support. Unless your team has no valid magic damage source Shureliya's seems better. Gives you and an ally consistent speed up with passive for good map rotations, and huge pick potential with active.
