this brought endless tears to my eyes. i have been waiting for something new for the longest, so much has changed since the ooz and this all just makes me feel hopeful, if that makes sense. it makes me so incredibly happy to see you make art with your wife and be able to feel the joy of having your first child, archy. the restlessness in your voice is still there, but for the most part there’s so much happiness. you’ve been my biggest inspiration for years and i can’t thank you enough. forever grateful for everything you do.

i used to sit in my car at the beach sad about a breakup with my ex girlfriend at 19 years old listening to this when it dropped. 4.5 years later and everything is fine. it’s always fine :) very fond memories of listening to this when i was down though.
