This is an excellent depiction of the place. I have been there twice as a volunteer chaperone for my daughters' fifth grade classes. We drove to Tiburon and took the ferry over. I would happily visit again as I still haven't seen all the island, as it is so rich in history and I saw so much but not all.

We had a Boy Scout campout on the island. On Sunday morning we went up on Mt. Livermore and listened to the bells ring in San Francisco. Thanks for the memories Huell.
