First time Experiencing a Sushi Omakase

We have never experienced sushi like this.

We were lucky enough to try the SUSHI at Andaz Tokyo and it was magical!
Today we'll show you a full course meal and also chat to our chef, Eiji.
He loves travelling and food so we got along really well haha

It's refreshing to see someone not be a sushi or sashimi lover. So many food reviewers seem to think every single thing they taste is the most delicious thing they've ever tasted and as someone who isn't a huge seafood fan (I don't mind it, but it's not my favorite), it makes me doubt I'll enjoy the cuisine as much as everyone else. I plan on trying to sushi just because I want to see if there's a difference or if it being so fresh may make me love it more, but I plan on trying more things as well.
