Lava doesn't dry, it cools.

Good grief.

He never answered her question if he could actually feel the explosion. You see this among a lot of reporters worldwide. They want to answer the question with a such a extended answer that they forget the actual question and because of that never answer it.

Is crazy but at the same time beautiful

The awkward silence between every question...

I like how Scott paused as if there was a satellite link when in reality he was standing in the next studio.

So.... I am guessing that land prices will be reasonable after the eruption ends?

Let's be honest: everyone who isn't in Hawaii is astonished by how beautiful the eruption is.

The most handsome news broadcaster ever. Then something about lava or something.

not sure which is more spectacular - the lava, or a CNN reporter reporting actual news

"--tiny particles of glass are in the air because of lava meets salt water, anyone near it can suffer breathing problems"

News caster is literally right next to a volcano where these fumes are, without a mask of any sort LOL

I don't think its green screen.... the way the camera adjusts with change in lighting from the camera movement, the focus as it zooms, and also the natural movement of his hair tell me this is the real deal

Nothing to fear...this has been going on for millions of years and the island is still here.

Imagine if your were standing on the island and it started getting hot under your feet. Where would you run? Scary.

"It happens every minute or two". Apparently, he needs a new watch, the explosions are happening about every 10 to 15 minutes.

Does anyone else think the lava looks like it’s spouting up and falling back down in slow motion?
