Paint is much cheaper and you can just paint over it when you leave. And this wallpaper will not stick to anything with a texture. Room looks amazing, though.

Dunno if this has many benefits.
Above your nightstand to the left, the edge is is wrinkled. It shows, don't like it....

Like some mentioned: most walls are textured, therefore does it hold?
If it is "super adhesive", how much wall do you remove when you remove it? Do you have to repaint the wall or repair the wall? Already encounter problems removing masking tape from the wall....

Some adhesives are also pain in the A to remove. Especially after several years. Or they simply fall off...

Also: some walls transfer a bit temperature and humidity. Sealing off walls may cause humidity problems leading to mould.

Sure, paint a room dark requires a ton of good paint to turn it back to white. Why not go with classic wallpaper as a base and paint over that?

I did this about 2 walls black and 2 walls grey.... looks stunning without any messy do.... these have been going good more than a year now just the thicknes of the PVC is important that I have experienced.... thicker is better.. they do not even tear when a little pressure is applied while putting them on

But paint can simply be painted over back to the colour it was. This isn’t renter friendly at all because it’ll completely ruin the painted wall under it when you take it off!

Just be careful cuz it’s not uncommon for peal and stick to leave a horrible film on the wall that’s very hard to remove and also remove layer of paint and/or parts of sheet rock.

Maybe try double taping it on in spots with a trusted tape. Also careful cuz if you leave the tape if for over a year it will leave the sticky film behind on your wall (3M and gorilla)

This is not wallpaper… this is shelf/contact paper. This will peel the paint off your walls, if it even sticks properly. I’ve used this contact paper plenty. It great for a quick fix or a flip, and that’s it. It works great on glass, metal or shelves. Not walls. If you plan on walls, you will need to buy adhesive to really make it stick.

You could also just ask if you could paint.
Most of the time they will say yes because it's almost always beneficial for them
