You dont need some overprice fancy steelknife.

Get yourself some 50 $ knife, buy a stone for 15$, watch 2-3 knife sharpening videos and sharpen your knife.
Who cares if the material isnt super quality and you need to sharpen it more often, as if you would pay 400$.
