As a videographer I had to re-look at this when reading the complaints about panning the video camera. It's actually well done. It's called 'camera movement' in the shot. Not everyones cup of tea eh? The knife is actually moving with the pan so....the only thing moving is the BG and that is a professional look. This isn't a Walmart commercial. Nor should it be.

I love that cutlery and more is teaming up with BURRFECTION I have been watching his videos for a long time and bought his entire knife sharping set up Carlisle 4" tub, naniwa sink bridge, stone holder and shun 300/1000, king kds 1000/6000 (dope set up a MUST if you hand sharpen) gotta keep the SHUN EDO set razor sharp witch I did buy from cutlery and more along with other items. I came back from Japan after 20 living in Kichijoji, Tokyo. I love Japan. Worked for NHK and taught at Tonjo. Recently, I purchased six Shun knives for my kitchen. One knife was sharp, the other five very dull. The knife's surface on all of them scratches extremely easily. The metal is soft and scratch easily. I wish I brought my kitchen knives back with me. They were great. Shun knives are pretty but they are junk. The knives are back in their boxes and I use modest knives from Brazil that work great. Very disappointed.

I personally find your videos very helpful, but the camera pan when trying to give a close up can be rather distracting and be a little annoying when trying to focus on the knife

my wife just spoiled me by buying 12 different Shun Premier knives for me as my Christmas gift. i cant wait... ive never had any experience with a high caliber knife
