Not sure how most of these qualify as a "fail". For the most part its actually really really expert flying under trying circumtances.

The clip at 0:18, was not a fail. It was an emergency landing. Any landing is a good landing if you can walk away from it. Yes, he could've landed in a better location, but for the situation, he made the right choice.

I've flown TAP Portugal. The depiction here is spot on.

2:48 was clearly not a fail!!! Just an airport with two runways side by side... Nothing wrong with that

0:20 was not a fail. There was most likely a problem with the plane or they were out of fuel. It is perfectly normal if your in that kind of situation were there is only a highway to land on to land on it
