Very Lochlon Morton inspired.Nice. I tried my inReach mini in front vest pocket and it didn’t track. You need it facing open sky.

Jackson, great job. How did you like cycling Specialized Chisel hardtail for the Tour Divide? Looks like a great choice. I would have made the same choice. Sad to hear of your broken wrist. Get well soon.

Rode the divide last year with a rigid fork...if I do it again I will use a suspension fork.

Jackson, I see you used a front tire mud fender. Was that necessary? Did it help or get in the way when it was muddy? Great video, thanks!

Great bike!! For how long are u able to stay in the aerobars?Seem painful low. I always put some spacer underneath. Looks weird but makes a difference for the neck. Cheers

Brilliant set up, thanks but do you really need the vest? I personally hate carrying anything on my body other than a super lightweight helmet and glasses.

Hi Jackson! I was very intrigued by this bike, and thought it would be a good solution for my first big bikepacking trip next year across single trails in Peru and Bolivia. However, most people told me this bike is not very suitable, because of the geometry (race oriented) and material (aluminium). what do you think after your experience with this bike? would you recommend it for something like what I have in mind or better to look into other alternatives?

Best of luck! What’s the details on the stem…since you have a medium frame, I assume it’s a bit longer than stock?

What dry bag do you have on that tailfin?

You look like a pretty tall guy :-) and the frame looks like size Medium. Can I ask how tall are you and why you've decided on Medium Chisel frame?
