I ended up doing the same thing with my Tav after becoming illithid. What a great, heartbreaking ending to a playthrough!

Interesting. I can see why not many would get this ending. I hate turning anyone into a stinking Ilithid.

My first playthrough I picked Orpheus because Lae'zel never strayed from her queen... I had attached and killed the one guy and hadn't gone to the Cresh for reasons that run.

Second run I picked all the options that circumvented anyone becoming a mindflayer....then Gale went boom.

Third run was a Durge Epilogue less run so yeah... The prince transformed again... Then executed.
