I honestly love the detail GW2 puts into their game. The fact that there was special dialogue and such if you played a Sylvari for HoT really captured my attention. It seems like a lot of work other MMO's wouldn't be willing to put in but GW2 always makes each play through feel like they're their own.

I love the art style they are using, now. The mix of active animation with a painted-on feel. Anyone complaining about "quality" clearly hasn't noticed that the painted-on look is actually intended and is a part of the GW2 art style.

A lot of people comparing this trailer to trailers like WOW either don't know or don't realize it, but this trailer is pretty much what the game looks like. ArenaNet doesn't go over the top with CGI graphics to show you the game. They actually portray the villains and protagonists correctly. That means this is actually what Rytlock, and the monsters in the game looks like.

I mean yeah WOW has really good CGI but if they used their real game graphics to make a trailer, I can assure you it'd be terrible.

I love dragons, and mordy looks impressive as all hell. The sense of scale when he's popped up is fricking amazing.

I won't lie, Mordremoth was quite the threat and quite powerful at that to. HIs looming threat felt like he really was going to succeed with his plans. I loved this villain/dragon character. Was plenty of fun, Heart of Thorns.
