...I know this lightsaber very well. It was derived from an online design I followed years ago. It uses the poly washers, the cap that keeps falling off the end. Variants of those plans included a specific brass knob to - cut in half - form the bevel of the power button and part of or all of the belt clip (similar to the prequel covertech part). The grips were thinner and made of a different material.

My lightsaber is basically this one, except I never bothered to put grips on. It's sitting up on top of my shelves, unfinished for almost a decade or more.

try old wiper blades with the triangle part cut off for the grip instead, just super glue it to the metal

Notice how the red lightsabers always look kinda wrong in fan-made videos. Theres something to that red color in the movies that just isnt there in these vids.

Nice vid, but then again almost all your vids are pretty cool. Speaking of individuality, though, tell me how crazy this idea is: Mandalorian gauntlet lightsaber, that instead of a switch or button, uses a spring bolt to turn on/off.
