Carnivores let the genie out of the bottle, that's the problem. If everyone ate carnivore the medical, pharma, and food industry would collapse.

Thank you to you both. As someone who was vegetarian and vegan for 30 years and just got sicker and sicker, it is hard emotionally to harm animals, but it finally came to a head when some people in the vegan community said that I just wasn't eating enough fruit or vegetables, but that was all I was eating. I just turned 55 and was sick and tired of not being able to barely walk and being completely out of breath. I have only been on the carnivore diet for 1 week and feel amazing. This is how I ate when I was a child since I grew up on a ranch and I never got sick and was very healthy and even won some fitness awards in school. My sister just began this way of eating as well and her health has improved greatly as well. Thank you!!!

My brother had a brain tumor (2016). His oncologist told me that if I didn’t do anything else for my health- seriously look into the Keto Diet ASAP. This was at Memorial Herman Hospital in Houston, Tx. It’s taken me a few years, but I’m a 5 month Keto, one month carnivore.

I have a brain tumor and have been trying to keep my insulin level low by eating a carnivore diet. Ive only lost 6 pounds in 25 days...I have been using cream in things. I had no idea that although cream does not raise blood sugar, it raises insulin. This was very informative and possibly life saving. Thank you so much. I appreciate this more than you could know. Love you both

Thanks to Jordan & Mikhaila Peterson’s struggle with health I decided to eliminate everything from my diet except beef, and after 3 weeks I began adding foods back, one at a time. I found I was gluten sensitive, eggs and dairy sensitive, and most plants don’t agree with me! They all make me achey all over, tired and give me brain fog! It’s so great to be free of pain!!! And I lost #30 pounds and finally got down to my ideal body weight!

I'm a retired RN. If this pandemic has done anything for me, it has opened my eyes to the flaws of the organizations that manage policy regarding our health, the "studies" they site to sway us, and just who funds those studies! I never thought I would question the WHO, FDA, NIH, etc It just scares me to think the global damage these insituations have caused!

In 2017 I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. I had a full hysterectomy and was told I had to have chemo and radiation. I refused and instead went full carnivore. I've had no issues since to this day. I have lost 50 pounds (since April 2020) and am working on losing the next and last 50 pounds. My doctors says there's nothing wrong with me.

During the middle ages the lords ate meat and the peasants ate the grains and vegetables. Without the animal meat and healthy fats they found the peasants were more submissive and easier to control. It seams to me that that is what they are trying to achieve in society today.

Thank you SO MUCH for posting this powerful interview. Hearing Dr. Ede say she couldn’t tolerate beef and the other options she chooses was such a permission slip for me to listen more to my body. I, too, just have such a hard time with beef - but adore fatty fishes, turkey, eggs, etc... It really comes down to listening - every closely - to what your body is saying more rather than doctors, professionals and YouTube videos. Every time I try to switch to carnivore only (via beef) I would have horrible diarrhea (like many others), I would get to the point of gagging every time I try to eat I it and I just felt horrible. I don’t believe that we should “hang in there” when our bodies are being that LOUD AND CLEAR. No matter how wrecked my system is from sugar damage - the minute I give it something it needs and wants such as water, fresh salmon, eggs, etc - it responds favorably. THAT is what I need to listen to. Thanks again.

I adore Dr. Ede. I have met her at a couple of Low Carb conferences and the first annual Carnivore Con in Boulder. The amazing thing about her is that she really is that sweet a person, one who cares and listens.

Regarding dairy beyond weaning, this is a carry over adaptation for people who live very far up north in the world where half the year they are plunged in darkness. Lactase persistence is generally present in these people. Dairy contains the nutrients fat and vitimins necessary to survive harsh winter. Humans have cultivated dairy products for thousands of years too and the whole anti dairy sentiment is quite frustrating to me.

If it doesn't agree with you, fair enough but thats not the case for everyone

I love this episode so much. It's so hard to convince people that meat doesn't cause cancer, heart issues and kidney damage, all of the lies that have been told over time. I also removed dairy since Jan 1 and my body is responding so well. I am currently doing Lion version of Carnivore which is ruminant meat and water...

When I accidentally eat nothing but my homemade smoked pork belly (high fat) I feel my best and have found that too much steak slows digestion a bit uncomfortably. Going towards a year and a half carnivore and weight loss was slow at first - until I embraced super high fat.

My favorite thing to do is watch your videos while having my first meal. Today is a plate of quarter pound meat cookies off the grill, iced with some Kerry Gold (just cuz it's delicious) and some bleu cheese crumbles. Washed down with some sparkling water. Made it to ONEderland yesterday at long, long last!
