When getting my first fuji, I was torn which lens to get because of all the hate for the 23mm f2 as compared to the 1.4...I ended up going with the f2 and couldn't be happier. It does 90% of what I want it to compared to the 1.4...being twice the price doesn't justify that 10% difference for me. The f2 is a fantastic lens for its price point!

I'd replace it with xc 35mm f2 (or xf 35mm f2 if the price isn't the issue).

The viltrox 1.4 cannot be beat at that price plus WAYYY better low light capability

soft lens! 16mm f2.8 and 35mm f2.8 are
much sharper

23f1.4 from Viltrox is better. I use the E-Mount version on my A6100.
