Please make a video specifically for the automated Boomr Bin and how to use it properly.

This is how I began growing small fruiting blocks some years back!! This absolutely works, with a fan and opening a window once a day I had more tubs than I want to say growing lions mane and blue oysters rather well. This is also a great way to learn about environmental control small scale before taking the leap to a tent. I still use a few auto tubs for reishi to keep my tent full of fast fruiting species. The boom room 2 is also rather nice, just bought one for some breeding projects. Have to say im impressed with everything I have bought from north spore, great company

Use a hot nail to make small holes. Drilling can easily create cracks in the plastic. Running the hole saw backward is a neat trick, and again, you can create the pilot holes with a hot nail.

Bro.... my second video. Clear, concise, succinct, to the point, letting out knowledge and information slowly and perfectly. So damn impressed. thank you - I hope this channel makes money off number of views and likes etc. North Spore should have over 1m subscribers.

nice tip with the computer fan. bought one, rigged it to a transformer, and hooked it onto one of the holes in my monotub. if it doesnt come with a filter, just use flyscreen :)
now its also controlled by alexa.

Some happy harvests coming! thanks!

Great idea, I built a similar set up although without humidity control and it works great as a small size hobby frutting chamber, even for oyster mushroom. I would be cool to used in classrooms so kids can see the growth every day at school :)

This video is so inspiring! I love how you showcase the beauty of farm life. Keep it up!

a step drill is more suitable for drilling in plastic, it does not bite and you do not have to deburr it afterwards.
apart from this, very educational video. Thank you

I love automation options, but wish you would give more information about how to properly sanitize this setup. Edit: to sanitize &/or resanitize this specific setup.

I just got this set up! Ive read about this and watched your great vidoes. I understand that each mushroom species has different growing paramaters ( CO2, airflow, humidity, substrate etc...). Do you have a guide for the monotub regarding how to grow different species? Thank you!

Filter patches but … isn’t the fan blowing contaminated air over the substrate?

Just wanting to confirm, the FAE is pushing air out of the bin? Is the micro filter micron small enough to capture spores? or vis versa catching contaminates? Or is that not a concern?

Very helpful video, thank you.

How many minutes do you keep the cool mister running for? I normally mist the sides 3 times a day as well as fae but I wanted to try this cool mist with fan this go around

Hmm the fungi species I'm after, can't be cultivated indoors. The mighty King Boletus Edulis. Gotta go way out into the young pine land end of summer to hunt them.

I had water pooling on the side of my tub that I just found this morning. Not a ton, but a good amount 1/4 cup, is that something I should worry about? I of course re arranged my hose after noticing that.

If I am not worried about blowing spores into my space, wouldn’t it make more sense to turn the fan around and only take in filtered air? Asking for a friend

I set up my fae fan im a first time grower I just wasn’t sure if the fan is supposed to be blowing into the tub or out of the tub I have the north spore logo facing out so it’s blowing outwards. Can somebody help?

Can this tub technique also be used to get more fruits like in the shotgun fruiting chamber? With vermiculite?

Man, I'm here to increase the spores entering my living space.
