Well if mg gives you ten years for their cars, big brands give you three, you can guess who makes the least reliable cars, this is how a consumer will see, well done mg, they obviously believe in their cars.

What good is a Ten Year Warranty when the parts are not available for months! Useless, that's what.

The centre console in our five month old MG4 EV died almost three months ago and we're still waiting for the replacement to be shipped from China BY SEA!!! All shipping is going by sea, irrespective of how urgent it is or if the car is off the road. Eleven weeks the damned thing has been all but unusable because everything goes through the centre console. Utterly pathetic.

Couldn't get a thing from Customer (don't) Care. Eventually had to contact a board member via Linked-In before I could get anything out of the company. We're still waiting for a warranty repair from mid December. Maybe it means "it'll take us ten years to fix your car under warranty".

Avoid MG like the plague until they change this policy.
