TIMESTAMPS:
00:00 So pleased and so happy, same feelings as after Thursday to continue the momentum, massive credit to them for playing again so soon
00:32 Madueke says team unselfish and works as collective? The assist from him to Jackson shows we learn and we are smart, the situation with the penalty we received many criticism but a young team needs to make mistakes and feel that to improve, always a process that will take time but most important thing is to start to feel and live like a group that is linking and competing, so pleased to help them grow and improve but only the first step, a massive step
02:39 What can I add? That’s perfect! To build a team is the most difficult thing, they need to trust in us and identify the players and what they need to perform, the expectation is difficult to fight against, I said I’m so happy because we’re so close to being in the position to take the first step, the team is growing up very fast because that’s the minimum we need, the maturity of Noni not to be selfish and to give the team for example is a very positive thing, everything is going fast
06:27 Successful to finish in top six? I don’t want to say anything, at the start I said we have to win because we’re Chelsea but that created pressure on the team, we want to keep competing and improving, we will try to be in Europe which will be good for the team and the players but I can’t describe that as successful if you don’t win a title, the reality was really tough from day one but the players and staff are happy because I’m the really tough moments we kept pushing and never gave up even with the criticism
08:32 Cucurella’s role and development? This role we can implement in the future but before that you need to build the belief and the confidence and the team has to compete, tactical evolutions we have in our head we’ll apply in the future but you cannot sit if you don’t have a chair, it’s like an engineer building something, be careful in the way you judge because you have to see in what moment we are

It's taken the best part of 30 league games but we are FINALLY seeing what this Chelsea team can do under Pochettino 📈🔥

Sublime. Everyone was amazing. Such a lift for the end of a miserable season, and a crucial bit of hope for next season.

Jackson is the best striker Chelsea signed since Costa. He's always open to learning from his past games. Massive performance and a great win 👍
Keep it rolling 😁

I'm really liking how poch is building 🏢 this team. They are very young so their bound to make mistakes. I hope the owners stick with him cause we're not far from where we want to be.

I think its fair to say that Chelsea play better with 2 central midfielders instead of 3 with Enzo

This was always going to take a couple seasons to build the team and for the youngsters to gel and play together as a team. Now were starting to see the fruits of everyones work at the club. I hope they give Poch a renewed contract as they deserve it s long as we finish strong at the end.

We've been good all season, just aint clinical enough.
Now we starting to score on our opportunities, the other teams need to watch out!!

People dogging Poch for taking so long to use the tactics from pre-season. Facts are that certain players needed to develop before those tactics would work in the EPL, especially with Nkunku out. Now Mudryk and Madueke are ready to handle their responsibilities on the flanks and Cole has proven he could take over Nkunku's withdrawn position. Poch has a new team and a young team and he is patiently making them better and better.

In the beginning, Pochettino looks like he was looking forward to this interview.. he's happy, I'm happy, we happy. His job becomes easy with plays like this.

Adding the question to the timestamp instead of his answers would be more helpful, cheers.

maybe the Arsenal match is the game that helped us breakthrough the barrier. After this game maybe the individuals understood how a club can play if they play as a team. I hope so :)

Please don't take that back steps😂😂😂😂 it took one year for poche to learn simple tweaks in the team which was easy.
