Hi guys since the test has low sensitivity, it might not be so useful to describe the possible symptoms in a positive test. It is the high specificity that is interesting for us PTs at least in this case. So how would you suggest we use this test? As a single diagnostic test or in combination with others? Also, just a tip, is to maybe show the mechanism of the tibia subluxation in a positive pivot shift, through a drawing or picture as it is difficult to imagine on a healthy leg.
