This is very accurate lol. Even though I don’t have depression myself, it aggravates me that people self diagnose themselves and pretend to be depressed. Depression is a real, serious thing that is awful and it needs to be taken seriously. There are countless people who actually believe they have depression when they are just overreacting and need to deal with their problems.
