One of the Tampa stations was talking about how the hurricane could completely miss them because it keeps on going south. So Tampa could be completely spared, which is a possibility I haven’t heard discussed much in other places.

I hate when they make it out more than it could be...I remember when the weather people said the hurricane going to hit fort myers would bring a high death toll...and it didnt. Be careful what you hear and read....the words, that say, "could be", might be...
