Welcome to week 4 of this 10k training series! This week is scheduled to be a recovery week with my wife having her triple ligament ankle reconstruction surgery, but we had one day spare to do a hefty workout.... and that was Monday! Today I pushed myself beyond what I thought I could in terms of number of reps, it shows my mental game is getting stronger.

I honestly feel it's so generous of you to share your stats/training with us - thank you, Andy. I guess the thing I've noticed, since joining a running club and watching vlogs like this, is that even when you're out there by yourself, you're still part of a community. Fast, or slow, we're all just trying to be better versions of ourselves.
The VERY best wishes for your wife's upcoming ordeal, and thank you again for your channel - you're doing good work.

Your a machine I ran 400 meters in
1:29 Then had a 2 min rest. I only managed 6 I think. You ran for 2 mins then had a 2 min rest hats off to you to run 15

Great vlog as usual :) When you do your reps do you check your speed on your watch? When running fast intervals I find I have to use the watch as a guide, or I run too slow or too fast.

Hi Andy. Hope the surgery goes well. I really need to do something like your dynamic warm up. I have hamstring issues on my long run and I think I need to try this. About how long do you spend on the dynamic warm up?

I liked your sped-up dynamic workout footage; made me laugh. All those numbers made my head spin but I never keep stats. Good trend though.

Nice session Andy! The only thing I would suggest is on your dynamic warm-up: really focus on what you are doing with your arms, focus more on driving your elbows back and your knees up, besides for that everything looks great!
