Follow the steps below to fix Roblox crashing on PC:
1. Select the Windows Start button in the bottom right of your taskbar and search Roblox.
2. Right click Roblox and select Uninstall.
3. A new window will open. Find and Select Roblox Player, then select Uninstall. Go through the Roblox uninstall process.
4. Once Roblox is uninstalled right click the Windows Start button and select System.
5. This will open the Windows system settings. In the left menu select Storage.
6. Once on Storage, select Temporary files.
7. Ensure the only selected item is Temporary files, and then select Remove files.
8. Now go through the process of reinstalling Roblox on your Windows PC or Laptop. Once reinstalled, Roblox should now open without issue.

Though im a chromebook user and crashes happen around every 5 minutes or less, restarting sometimes helps and so does checking if it has updates every day or reinstalling it! These stuff in the video seem pretty helpful for windows users! (I still cant fix my roblox crashing tho)

There are many ways where you could crash your roblox application, whether it shows up as an error after the game freezes or if the game just suddenly stops working. Unfortunately it may be because of your hardware that can cause it to crash more often as the game updates. My issue is when I play roblox it sometimes crashes at random intervals and I have done everything I could do easily whether its reinstalling, cache, updating drivers, lowering graphics and playing games that dont require heavy loading but it still crashes. Firewall comes into mind but I'd rather not have to turn that off if I have to play a block game.

My roblox kept crashing aswell, I don't know if this is a fix but I launced my roblox on the GeForce Experience, played for a while without crashing, and then opened roblox from my regular browser (chrome) and it began to work like normal without freezing and crashing. I also noticed that when I launced roblox from Geforce Experience, there was a missing setting from the "settings" in roblox, which was the option to turn "VR" on or off, and so to make sure that wasn't the problem, I turned it off.
