James Marsden and Ronald Gladden joined Mario Lopez and Kit Hoover on Access Daily to talk about their new show, "Jury Duty." The show follows Ronald Gladden working on jury duty while the rest of the people involved are actors who take Ronald on a wild ride. One of those actors is James Marsden who plays himself in the show and when James and Ronald met on set, Ronald said, "I did have to do a Google search on the guy." I get the impression that James is purposely doing most of the talking because he knows Ronald dislikes public speaking as he's said in the show several times. Very sweet

I don’t think they knew how great of a guy Ronald would be. His personality made the show even better than it would have been had Ronald not been such a sweetheart. It still would have been hilarious, but Ronald made it unforgettable 🥹

The last 'reveal' episode, they left out clips of Ronald, a non actor, 'acting' to help James prepare for his upcoming role. Ronald was such a sport to do that. He is such a nice, adorable guy. So patient, accepting, loyal, kind, sporting, and respectful. On day 10, not wanting to hurt Noah's feelings, he held back from him that his girlfriend had in fact broken off their relationship. He deserved every dollar of the reward for being a 'hero.'

This show is phenomenal. I've watched the first six episodes about four times. Love everyone in the show. James is right, that everyday can only be one take. Says a lot about the quality of all the actors. Brilliant. I don't want it to end. Hope it launches these actors forward in their careers.

It's interesting....
The person that never wanted to be a star became the star. Ronald's facial expressions took me out. What great improv around him. I hope that Ronald was paid well.

I was worried i'd feel bad for Ronald getting duped, but real talk he is the best. What a guy. Can't wait for more eps.

James Marsden has to be admired for accepting a 'supporting' role to a common man. Shout out to you James!

Whoever was that cast this man needs a raise 😂 he’s just perfect! Handsome enough for Tv, cleaver enough to just feel something was off but also willing to just roll with it, really naturally funny (like how do you come up with that excuse on ep1) and also just really a NICE guy! That’s rare

I started watching the show just now thinking it was a mockumentary. Then when they said Ronald doesnt know, I was like aint no way. He's still an actor. This is all staged. Then I google and find his Linked In and am like holy fucking shit. And then I see this. LMFAOOO DEAD. this is brilliant. I'm so excited to watch. Also I fucking love James Marsden.

And lol at all the prosecutors who quit to become actors.

Honestly the most unbelievable person on the whole show was Ronald because he was so incredibly kind.

James Marsden is incredibly talented. I will never forget him in "Hairspray." His performance & dance in "The Nicest Kids in Town" was incredible.

The only reason this show worked so perfectly well was because of Ronald, he is genuinely such a good guy
