Ronald is so sweet and such a genuinely nice guy. I wouldnt have been able to stand the show if he was in any way a jerk but he so wasn't.

The part that absolutely killed me was when Tim got injured and they flashed back to him telling ronald he was going to bathroom to rub one out 😂

Ronald being a nice guy really makes the show. Plus the chemistry of the cast. Well done and refreshing. No catfights or chest thumping of reality tv.

I have no idea how this show even got greenlit. About eight million things had to happen just right for it to work. And every one of those things happened. Incredible.

Ron is a great guy--kind, empathetic, funny, and patiently rolls with the punches thrown throughout the madness. Trying to imagine myself in his situation, and I am not sure I'd handle it as well. Sequestration alone would have rattled my cage. This show really entertained me--kudos to all involved.

Just started watching this show and the way the writers and actors come up with such great jokes on the spot as things naturally evolve is amazing to watch. Noah declaring he was a racist was the funniest part of the first episode, and it came from a throwaway comment that Ronald made a day earlier about Family Guy. He set up one of the best punchlines in the show without even realizing! It's the little details that make it so funny and believable.
