I don't always agree with Peter Zeihan, but the abysmally poor use of AI to simulate his voice and also to create the captions for this video is quite an insult to him. It is strong evidence to support my belief that so called "artificial intelligence" is most definitely artificial and equally definitely not intelligent. I know that many (most?) YouTube videos are a race for clicks. Quality suffers in the race. However, my clicks are to the extent possible given the current environment going to continue to be reserved for use on YouTube channels that at least make a halfhearted attempt to proofread and correct some of the more blatant errors like the ones I see here. Peter, if you read this, please consider that this kind of content is making you look rather bad; you might want to exert a bit of influence over the people who created this.

Much of what Peter Zeihan says can't really be called predictions. If I jump off the top of the Empire State Building, is it really a prediction to say I'm going to go splat on the sidewalk? When you have geography, demography, a knowledge of the history of a culture, and a practical grasp of the engineering problems of certain actions, you don't need to make predictions. You just state the ongoing problem.
