150 credits is required to take the CPA exams in my state which is equivalent to a Master's degree so in essence you already had a Master's degree, sounds like in accounting, even though you didn't physically receive one before taking the exams and achieving your CPA license. At this point and time, there's no way around the 150 credit requirement so credits beyond an undergraduate degree is a must. Why not just apply those credits to a graduates degree plus get your CPA license? To me, it's all worth the knowledge and the money. Thank you for the video, well done❣

Awesome video like always. I enjoy all of your videos! I actually am in a Masters program for accounting now! I needed it because I needed the courses and credits since I don't have a bachelors in accounting.

That last part about public vs private put that in a new perspective for me. Private is treated as an admin cost for a company.

Hi Jen, just came across your channel today, very good content and information! I was wondering if you could do a video discussing the pros and cons of going from Big 4 to a mid tier firm and touching on points such as: work/life balance, salary/benefits and career progression. Thanks and looking forward to future videos!

Y’all should look at navy exams lol it’s about a 20% rate depending on the job. People fail for years. 50% sounds promising sooner or later if you fully commit yourself

Thank you for sharing your insight and it's really helpful! I am wondering if I pass the CPA exam before I enter into Big 4, do I still get those benefits of $5000 bonus and $1000 CPA study fee?

One thing that is never mention is getting your bachelors and getting a minor in accounting. The other option is getting your bachelors and taking 30 units at a community college!
