Man that's a hell of a soup! Greetings from Italy btw, i am happy that you enjoy our food and cuisine! We also make a soup with chickpeas similar to yours, we love to eat it with big toasted slices of bread. Next time try "zuppa di fagioli toscana", Tuscany is well known to have insane legumes soups, you can also cook some short cut pasta inside it (we use "ditali al farro") and make "pasta e fagioli". Also your italian accent was good!

Wow Scott. Amazing recipe. Great video production. Narration was perfect. I look forward to trying this especially on a day like today in Utah—snowy and cold.

Well done. Thorough explanation presented in a professional manner, great food shots. You have created an excellent recipe. The Food Channel, America’s Test Kitchen and Alton Brown have a rival to contend with... Uncle Scott! Thank you for your efforts.

Great video as always, I need to get a Dutch oven soon but I’m running out of space in my 365 sq feet apartment (I hope I didn’t mess up the units).

Looks superb, you should try to make some lentil dal next time you are craving soup....

Looks outstanding. More trouble than I would go to for soup, but if I got an invite to your house, I wouldn't turn it down.

Celery leaves are great for a little extra flavor. If you don't want to use them in your soup, throw them in your veggie stock bag

My next kitchen purchase is an 8 qt Le Crueset...they're pricey, I'd better start selling blood now.

I have a large dentist bill to prove you should always check your beans before cooking!
