There is a free plugin called Samplab that does this as well. Its faster than melodyne because you can just drag right out of the plugin and into your daw. Also it turns your audio loop into a playable instrument.

In Ableton, right click convert harmony to midi and boom your done. Not perfect but a little bit of adjustment by ear and it's really close.

This function is too in edison but it doesnt work when you have reverb or delay in audio sample.
