You can technically use the All Wild pack as an "extension" to normal Uno

There’s reasons why you would buy the first and the last

1: the special wilds can be used as an add on for the game, making it way longer and more hectic.

2: You can add the orange and purple cards with the red yellow, blue, green cards to make it possible to have 6 different card combinations with matching numbers, special cards, and color matching

The nonpartisan Uno still has yellow and green (Libertarians and the Green party). That feels pretty partisan to me.

If you combine the purple and orange cards, you get 6 color uno which sounds significantly more chaotic than 4 color uno
