My mother was this toxic person in my life.
I had to let her go for my own self. Hardest thing is living without my mum everyday, no matter how old you get you just need a cuddle from your mum sometimes, but I know the moment I let her back in I will go back to being her doormat, and I love myself way too much to allow that.

I have a very very toxic and selfish cousin that I sometimes choose to hangout with all day when I could be spending my time with my parents or my sister. Thank you again so so very much!😭❤️

Yes, totally! I recently heard a life coach state a similar concept, and she went as far as to say that "people should have to audition before they can be in your life." Because my energy is limited from day to day, I value it immensely and can't really afford to have any go to waste, if I want to stay on top of things.

I watched this video when it was first made and I could picture the people who made me feel worse and I realized they aren't good for me, so i got rid of them. And I can say now I don't have any more toxic people in my life. Thanks.
