I know this is 3 years old, but it was so helpful. PF pt has been wonderful for me and I wish I had found mine sooner. I have IC as well as mixed incontinence. I tend to get congested and internal PT has saved my sanity.

Mine hurt alot they been cut and butchered so many times from surgeries, now when my SLE lupus flared the scare tissue hurts badly and makes me feel like I been chopped in half a full bladder makes it worser
