1: If Hosea would try to stop the split between the Gang, Dutch would Shoot Micah
2: If Arthur would have married Mary everything would be Ok and they would have a Child and than Arthur would protect them
3: If Micah had TB than he would Die in The Fight betweem Him and Arthur
4: If they left Sadie in the begging She would've Die

My theory is that if Arthur was alive and married to Mary, later on, the Pinkertons would chase him and John and force John to kill or capture Arthur, likewise with Javier, Bill, etc. And since in Red dead 1 Arthur did not exist in the script, the best line unfortunately is to kill Arthur in Red dead 2, because Arthur impacted John, and the whole story of the game

That would’ve been a crazy way to end the game if Arthur lived but turned on John, so John had to kill him. And that’s why he never would talk about him in the original game.
