I have a 396 Chevy big block. It has a Performer RPM intake and 4150 Holley 750 double pump carburetor. It has no spacer currently and thought it would improve performance.

Yes, spacers do help, especially heat soak. I am just going to a cheater nitrous plate with a 150 shot and kill two birds for my 460 BB Mild build.

I have always heard that four hole spacers are more productive on a dual plane intake. So what might an open spacer do for a dual plane?

Anyone know if you get longer studs or can you buy separately???? Thanks

He is incorrect! There is open, 4 hole and 2 hole divided. Why he only said 2 is odd.
