vāyuranilamamṛtamathedaṃ bhasmāntaṃ śarīram
krato smara kritaṃ smara

Why is it so exquisite?

Because it is a reminder that this breath, this air is part of the universal air, it does not belong to me
This body, this case for my spirit, is earth, it goes back to ashes

And it tells the mind to
"Remember, remember what has been done"

Which to me means asking me to remember where I came from, who I am

It also includes a passage from the Śrī Rudra Praśna

Ever surrendering to the source of it all
