First of all, Sakura aur Ino ka fight ho chuka tha aur match tie ho gaya tha that means Sakura and Ino next round ke liye qualify nahi kar saki . Naruto ka fight Sakura ke baad hua hai. Waise bhi ab jo bhi next round ke liye qualify karega aur jeetega wohi chunin banega toh iss se Sakura ka koi lena dena nahi hai kyuki agar Naruto next round mein Jeet bhi gaya toh wo chunin nahi banegi.
