My Samsung watch goes with an app on my phone: the Samsung health-app. The watch measures my sleep and the health-app displays my sleeping curve. When I was 62 years old my deep-sleep totaly disappeard from the curve (which is normal for older people). Now I take 0, 3 mg Melatonine (NON-time-released) and the curve tells me I have a deep sleep as normal: one hour a night. I am sure this is very beneficial for my health

Listened to 17.24, when you’ve got onto torturing little sentient animals that feel pain and fear just to provide information for humans to live longer, there is no excuse for torturing animals, it is unscientific and gratuitously, violent and cruel, and I will not listen to it.
