Alejandro Moreno and Ross Dyer examine Liverpool's recent losses in the Champions Leauge, FA Cup and Premier League and how injuries to Jordan Henderson and Alisson will affect the club moving forward. Moreno says Liverpool has always seemed vulnerable, but found ways to win earlier in the season. He also believes the club's current form shouldn't be considered a fundamental flaw unless Liverpool gets bounced from the Champions League in the round of 16.

We've become to relient on our full backs to be our main play makers. We need more craft to go along with the graft in midfield. That's the main thing that's been lacking. Keita is continuesly susceptible to injury. I don't think we need to sign a playmaker in the summer, we already have 1 in Minamino. Joining half way through the season will help him hugely to hit the ground running in the 2020/21 season. Plus having a pre season will benefit him even more so, imo Minamino should be being played in midfield to not only get the best outta him. But also get the most outta the midfield. He played as a creative midfielder for Salzberg, he can do it here

This season Liverpool have been exceptional. Obviously a dip in form had to come at some point. You won't win every game.

The common theme in the last 4 games has been opposition teams bypassing Liverpool's press & exposing their defence. On top of that Liverpool barely created any chances against Watford & Atletico. Atleast they were threatening against Chelsea.

This team is mainly down to mentality. That's why they're where they're. Currently their attack needs more unpredictability.

I'm sure Klopp will look to buy a creative midfielder in the summer. Kagawa Gotze Lewandowski & Gotze Reus Lewandowski trios were deadly when Klopp was at Dortmund. He needs a proper number 10 & a clinical finisher just to mix things up.

Altetico Madrid can play attacking football also with Liverpool just go back and look at how Atletico Madrid played before they scored, the Point is that altetico madrid choosing to play defense is a choice, don't expect that they will only defend there are also good at breaking the momentum of the opponent
