I had ps5 from last year and this month I purchased PC as well for my work. Excellent information from your side would hesitate to play PS5 for a while just start a week ago play astro room play it takes a lot of time to fix the controller. (Was my first time to align console to PC) . But definately buy one of these games.

god of war, horizon forbidden west, gt7, rachet and clank, spiderman 2 and miles morales, final fantasy 16 just to name a few. Alsozi some stunning PS5 remasters such as the last of us part 1 (remastered 2 coming in Jan 2024), Spiderman 1, Uncharted collection, final fantasy 7 remake (huge sequal to this coming early 2024 also) plus amazing ps4 games updated to play and look amazing on PS5 such as ghosts of tushima, and the excellent rachet and clank on PS4. Then theres all the third party games that have had nice PS5 upgrades, the resident evil series, elden ring, demon souls etc.

Ps5 and Xbox had good sales coz of pandemic and high gpu prices. But now everything is back to normal. I've got i7 12700 and 3060ti pc with 2 tb of 980pro SSD paired with a 4k 120hz tv and a 240hz full hd monitor and i do everything including gaming on it. It's an all rounder.

I play on PC but let's admit it, if you can't spend more money on PC if you want gaming, you can't play smooth aaa games and will definitely crash during mid-game and ofc, over heating issues that can ruin your whole unit. That's why majority of gamers buy this because IT CAN and it's made for gaming. That's why it's been sold millions because this is one of the tech that can give you a better experience in gaming. Admit it pc master race, im one of you but not all of the PC, you need to spend huge for this. If you hate consoles too much, maybe ignore this vid but this is the truth.

Honesty, not really.

If we're talking about exclusives, out of the 11 PS5 games that released during half its life cycle, 2 of them were VR games, 2 of them were short free games, 1 of them isn't even a legit exclusive, and 5 of them are expected to come to PC within the coming months to maybe a year now.

Just buy anything PC related (I'd go for the Steam Deck for starters), then buy a PS5 for cheap for the sake of playing GTA6 on release.

No, I shouldn't buy a PS5 or any new Gen console, too many gimmicks. Online, subscriptions, add-ons, overheating, lack of memory. Too much maintenance to keep up with at my age. Give me plug in and play and I'll ride off into the sunset.
